ENQIO Increases Capital with with €1.7 million.

ENQIO has increased its capital by 1.7 million euros. It is the first capital increase for Enqio since it was established in June last year. According to the company, it is one of this year's biggest capital increases with private money for a Belgian company active in the ICT sector.

Jurgen Ingels, co-founder and financial director of payment technology company Clear2Pay, incorporated the holding company Enqio together with Alain Vandenborne, founder of Ikan Consulting. Ingels' knowledge, experience, network and financial impulse will assist in expanding Enqio internationally. His share in the new firm will have no effect on his commitment at Clear2Pay.
